Shipping Charges

We offer free next day delivery for all orders where the total order value is greater than £150. Where the total order value is less than £150 we will charge £7.95. All of our orders are sent with our preferred and trusted courier. Orders placed before 15:00 (subject to stock and availability) will be dispatched the same day (subject to order confirmation).

It is advised that someone is available to receive the goods as our courier service will only deliver twice before holding the goods and a local depot. Failure to receive goods could incur additional costs.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return the goods, please contact us to obtain a return authorisation number. In order that a full refund is to be issued please can you ensure that the product is returned in the same condition that it was delivered. Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase as long as the product is in a satisfactory condition. Any damage to the packaging or product could result in a charge being made.

Faulty Goods

If in the unlikely event you have received faulty goods please contact us to carry out some basic diagnostics. If the product fails the technicians test you will be given a returns authorisation number and we will gladly deliver a new product or a refund.
