All items for sale from the Mediahome web site are bound by our terms and conditions. In confirming your order on our site you are agreeing to be bound by the following:- We reserve the right the change our terms and conditions at anytime without notice. You will be bound by the terms and conditions displayed on the web site at the time of your order. On confirmation of an order you are confirming that all the details provided are accurate.

Security

We use a secure payment system for processing all orders and this is provided by PROTX. To this date there have been no cases of fraud on our site and we aim to keep it that way. Some of our higher value products are only available by telephone orders to enable us to carry out additional security checks when needed.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment will not be taken from your Credit/Debit card until all goods ordered are in stock. When payment is made by Credit/Debit card, you are authorizing us to debit the total cost of the items selected with the addition of delivery costs and VAT. If your card cannot be verified through PROTX or our security checks, the order will not be dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds can only be made to the card used to place the order.

Title

Title to the product passes at the time of dispatch and collection of full funds for the products. We are not liable for damages or loss that is incurred during delivery. This is covered by the shipping insurance.

Liability

Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
